• Why have a house sitter?  

Think of the benefits of having a house sitter; to begin with, your insurance company will love it! In fact, many household insurance policies will not cover you if your property is unoccupied for more than one month. For your own peace of mind, consider a house sitter! The chances of you being burgled are vastly reduced, as your house will have that 'lived-in' look. You don't have to rely on family or neighbours to collect mail or turn lights on and off. You don't have to pay for a gardener to come in and cut the lawn. All your pets will be cared for in their own environment.

We will NEVER leave your property unoccupied overnight. Our written agreement with you will detail your daytime needs too; for example, do you happily go out for the day, or do your animals require that you're not away for more than a couple of hours?

Whilst we are sitting for you, we guarantee to keep your house clean and tidy and your garden maintained. We may also be able to undertake basic painting and decorating jobs, with prior arrangement; there may be a small charge for this, but it will be very reasonable!

•  Not just houses!
  

We don't just house sit in ordinary houses; we are available to care for empty holiday properties, or 'closed for winter' b&b's and hotels. We will also take on short term sits for small holdings, so you can finally take that well deserved holiday!

• No fees!!!

Unlike some house sitters, we do not charge for our services, but we do expect that all utility bills will be met by the client.

We are not an agency; our clients deal directly with us. We are very flexible and can be available for house sitting for anything from a few days to a few months.
